This will be an open practice weekend for all levels which will be a combination of sitting meditation and sadhana practice. Visitors are welcome to come and meditate, although there may not be any formal instructions or classes. Some sadhanas might be restricted to those who have received the empowerment or permission from their teacher.

3:30 — 5:00 pm — Sitting Meditation and/or Sadhana Practice
11:00 am – 12:00 pm – Amitabha Buddha Meditation
12:00 – 1:00 pm – Lunch Break
1:00 – 2:00 pm – Free Time
2:00 – 5:00 pm – Sitting Meditation and/or Sadhana Practice
Food: We do not have a resident cook and visitors should arrange to bring their own food.
Overnight Accommodation: For those who wish to stay overnight, rooms in the retreat house are available on a limited basis at $30 (+HST) per night. Please contact us in advance to reserve a room to avoid disappointment. There’s also a number of local accommodations available in the vicinity.
