This day of practice will be less structured where people are welcome to drop in at the beginning of the breaks or stay for the full weekend. Instruction will be given in each practice session.
10:00 am – 12:00pm – Preliminary practices and meditation.
12:00 – 1:00 pm – Lunch Break (please bring your own).
1:00 – 2:30 – Meditation and Chenrezig Puja (Practice).
2:30 – Refreshment Break (Tea, Coffee and Light Snacks will be provided).
3:00 – 5:00 – Meditation and Chenrezig Puja (Practice).
