Personal Retreats at Orgyan Osal Cho Dzong

Private rooms for personal retreats are now available at Orgyan Osal Cho Dzong Retreat Centre.  If you are interested in doing a solitary short- or long-term retreat, please fill out an application form which should be emailed to: info@palyulcanada.org.

All rooms are single occupancy with bedding provided.  Retreatants may join the resident monks for morning and evening chanting and meditation in the main temple, enjoy marked walking trails through the surrounding woodland and up to the peak of Mount Moriah, and request a private interview with Ven. Lama Jigme when he is in residence.

The guest house has a shared kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, cutlery and cooking utensils, as well as two shared bathrooms with showers – one for men and one for women.  All visitors are responsible for bringing and cooking their own food. The cost per night is $30.00 CDN for weekend and short-term retreats up to a week.  Rates for longer than one week are available upon request.
